Screen Sharing

Share audio and video content on a connected screen. The selection of which user leads the meeting and shares content is activated automatically or via a button.

Bring your own meeting (BYOM)

Use of in room audio and video equipment (e.g. sound and video bars) and screen for video conferences via your own devices.

BYOD/Teams Room with manual switch

Combination of BYOD and conference systems (e.g. Microsoft Teams Room) with access to audio and video devices (e.g. sound and video bars) and screen for video conferences. Users can manually switch between using the installed conferencing system or BYOD mode.

BYOD/Teams Room with auto switch

Combination of BYOD and conference systems (e.g. Microsoft Teams Room) with access to audio and video devices (e.g. sound and video bars) and screen for video conferences. Through Ochno Operated and the cloud interface to video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Ochno recognizes whether a meeting is running on the conference system or not and automatically shares content from the connected devices when connected. If no meeting is active, Ochno automatically switches to BYOD mode.

All mobile devices and laptops with a USB-C 3.1 port

Up to 16 USB-C ports with appropriate scaling

With max. 100 watts according to the port assignment. The power supply unit of the OPC-3 delivers 200 watts for 4 USB-C ports.

Licences

Licenses can be used to extend the functional scope of the Ochno overall solution. This includes, for example, cloud interfaces to video conferencing platforms, fleet management including setup and firmware updates over the air. Furthermore, the range of functions of the Ochno Power Conference can be extended via firmware updates. The following licenses can be purchased.

Ochno Power Conference, upgrade license from OPC-3 single version (920.0016) to OPC-3 full version (920.0004) 

Ochno Operated Licence – Hub Management
Ochno Power Conference, license to use the Cloudplatfrom Ochno Operated.
